Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business day.  Holidays or major weather events may extend processing time. Our shop is open and shipping packages Monday through Saturday and deliveries also occur Monday through Saturday.  We use a two carriers - USPS and UPS.  We pick the best carrier for your location to ensure fast and accurate delivery!

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Standard shipping (under $50) - 2 to 5 Days - $7 fee

Standard shipping (over $50) - 2 to 5 Days - Free

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your package ships you’ll receive an email with tracking information.  That tracking information may not have any activity until that night or early the next day.  Don’t worry, your package is on the way!

If you ever have any questions about the shipping of your product or are having trouble with the tracking number don’t hesitate to reach out to us at bioaspure@gmail.com.

Damages

If your package is damaged in transit and it has affected the contents inside please take a picture and email us at bioaspure@gmail.com.  We will be happy to replace any damaged goods.  Damage in transit does happen and we appreciate your patience.

International Shipping Policy

We are planning to ship internationally very soon! Once we do, we will keep everyone posted. 

Returns Policy

Our return policy is pretty straight forward… Any unopened product (seal still on the outer carton) is available for a return.  To start the return process please email us at bioaspure@gmail.com with your name, order number and reason for the return.

Returned products will take 3-5 days to process and refunds issued usually take an extra 2-3 days to post to your account.
